1.) CLEVELAND BROWNS- MYLES GARRETT, DE, TEXAS A&M
Garrett is the top prospect in the draft and the Browns could use a pass rusher to help fix their defensive line.
2.) SAN FRANCISCO 49ers- JONATHAN ALLEN, DE, ALABAMA
San Francisco could go quarterback here, but they are coming off a 2014 season and are rebuilding, with needs on defense this pick makes sense.
3.) CHICAGO BEARS- SOLOMON THOMAS, DE, STANFORD
Chicago needs to work on their defense, Solomon Thomas would be a welcomed addition for the Bears.
4.) JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS- LEONARD FOURNETE, RB, LSU
Blake Bortles needs help on offense, the Jaguars can help bring balance to the offense and it helps Bortles by taking some pressure off of their quarterback entering his 4th NFL season.
5.) TENNESSEE TITANS (FROM THE RAMS)- MARSHON LATTIMORE, CB, OHIO STATE
Tennessee added Logan Ryan in the offseason, they will continue the trend of adding cornerbacks to help improve their defense in the draft.
6.) NEW YORK JETS- O.J. HOWARD, TE, ALABAMA
Before the Jets even think about drafting a quarterback they need to add offensive players to the team to help whoever that quarterback may be, whether on the team, a QB drafted this year or down the road.
7.) LOS ANGELES CHARGERS- JAMAL ADAMS, S, LSU
The Chargers could go in a few different directions here, but a talent like Adams would be hard to pass on.
8.) CAROLINA PANTHERS- CHRISTIAN MCCAFFREY, RB STANFORD
Carolina needs to start thinking about life after Jonathan Stewart.
9.) CINCINNATI BENGALS- DEREK BARNETT, DE, TENNESSEE
Cincinnati needs help up front, Barnett is the kind of talent they could use.
10.) BUFFALO BILLS- MIKE WILLIAMS, WR, CLEMSON
Tryod Taylor is still a Bill as he restructured his contract, the Bills need to give him more help on offense.
11.) NEW ORLEANS SAINTS- REUBEN FOSTER LB, ALABAMA
New Orleans needs to work on their defense as it has been an issue for some time, Foster can come in and give the Saints help at the linebacker position.
12.) CLEVELAND BROWNS (FROM THE EAGLES)- MALIK HOOKER, S, OHIO STATE
Cleveland could use the help in their secondary, and with 2 second round picks they can afford to wait to draft an offensive player.
13.) ARIZONA CARDINALS- DESHAUN WATSON, QB, CLEMSON
Carson Palmer will be 38 in December, Arizona can draft Watson and let him sit and learn for at least the 2017 season to help develop him for the post-Palmer era.
14.) PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (FROM THE VIKINGS)- GAREON CONLEY, CB, OHIO STATE
The Eagles have added offensive talent this offseason, taking a corner here makes sense due to the talented receivers their NFC East opponents have.
15.) INDIANAPOLIS COLTS- CAM ROBINSON, OT, ALABAMA
Andrew Luck needs better play from his offensive line, Colts cannot pass up on an offensive lineman here.
16.) BALTIMORE RAVENS- HAASON REDDICK, LB, TEMPLE
Baltimore is known for defense, adding a pass rushing linebacker makes sense for the Ravens.
17.) WASHINGTON REDSKINS- COREY DAVIS, WR, WESTERN MICHIGAN
Washington lost DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon in free agency, even with the signing of Pryor they still could use another receiver.
18.) TENNESSEE TITANS- JOHN ROSS, WR, WASHINGTON
Tennessee ranked 25 in passing on offense in 2016, adding a speedster like Ross can help open up the offense.
19.) TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS- GARETT BOLLES, OT, UTAH
Tampa Bay needs to help protect their young quarterback, allowing him more time to make reads and help reduce turnovers.
20.) DENVER BRONCOS- FORREST LAMP, OG, WESTERN KENTUCKY
One of Denver's issues last year was their offensive line, Lamp would be an upgrade. If Denver is serious about liking the two quarterbacks on their roster they have to be serious about giving them better protection.
21.) DETROIT LIONS- CHARLES HARRIS, DE, MISSOURI
Detroit ranked 18th in yards allowed on the ground in 2016 and only sacked opposing quarterbacks 26 times (1 more than the league worst Raiders), defensive line needs help.
22.) MIAMI DOLPHINS- T.J. WATT, LB, WISCONSIN
In 2016 Watt had 15.5 tackles for loss and 11.5 sacks, Miami could use a talent like Watt, if they want to compete for the AFC East they have to get after Tom Brady.
23.) NEW YORK GIANTS- RYAN RAMCZYK, OT, WISCONSIN
New York had issues on the offensive line in 2016, Ryan can help give Eli more protection and help fix the issue at left tackle. New York has plenty of receivers, they just need to allow Eli more time to get the ball to them.
24.) OAKLAND RAIDERS- TRE'DAVIOUS WHITE, CB, LSU
Oakland has an offense filled with talent, they just need to work on defense and White can be of service to a team that gave up the 24th most passing yards in 2016.
25.) HOUSTON TEXANS- MITCHELL TRUBINSKY, QB, NORTH CAROLINA
Brock Osweiler lasted just one season in Houston and Tom Savage is 4th NFL season with just 92 passing attempts, the other QB they have there is Brandon Weeden. Trubinsky can come in and compete for the job and would be surrounded with a cast of good weapons on offense and the defense in Houston is stingy. He would give Houston an upgrade at quarterback.
26.) SEATTLE SEAHAWKS- QUINCY WILSON, CB, FLORIDA
Richard Sherman could possibly be traded, Seattle will need to fill that void.
27.) KANSAS CITY CHIEFS- DALVIN COOK, RB, FLORIDA STATE
With Jamaal Charles gone, Kansas City needs a running back. Cook went over 2200 scrimmage yards in 2016 and ad 20 total touchdowns (19 rushing, 1 receiving). He would be a good fit in Andy Reid's system.
28.) DALLAS COWBOYS- TEEZ TABOR, CB, FLORIDA
Dallas took a major hit at corner losing both starting cornerbacks last year to free agency, in a division with plenty of talented receivers they cannot afford to pass up on a corner in an early round.
29.) GREEN BAY PACKERS- DAVID NJOKU, TE, MIAMI
Jared Cook went to Oakland, Green Bay will look to replace him.
30.) PITTSBURGH STEELERS- JABRILL PEPPERS, LB, MICHIGAN
Peppers versatility on defense makes this a good fit for the Steelers, along with his talents in the return game.
31.) ATLANTA FALCONS- DION DAWKINS, OG, TEMPLE
Atlanta has an offense that requires good offensive line play to allow Matt Ryan the time to let plays develop and a good line helps in the run game as well.
32.) NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (FROM PATRIOTS)- MARLON HUMPHREY, CB, ALABAMA
Saints go defense again in the first round, they allowed the most passing yards in 2016 and allowed the 4th highest passer rating.
